Refund Policy

At Giftware, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide a replacement or allow you to choose another product of equal value in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered.

Please Note:

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstance.

Only replacements or exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos showing the damage or issue.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Sale/discounted products/gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

How to Request a Replacement or Exchange:

To start a replacement/exchange, you can contact us at giftwarestore@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [FF7, PEARLS OMAXE TOWER, NSP-2, DELHI - 110034] 

1) Enter your phone number or email ID and order number.

2) Upload necessary clear images, unboxing video and submit your request.

4) Once reviewed and approved, you may choose a replacement or a different item of equal value (subject to stock availability).

We have a 2-day replacement/exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to replacement/exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additional Notes:

COD charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reverse pickup handling fee of ₹100 is applicable for approved cases.

Final approval of all exchange or replacement requests is at the sole discretion of Giftware after quality verification.
